Take the following steps to create a call routing rule for email addresses:

  1. Run ISA Management from Start Menu > Programs > Microsoft ISA Server > ISA Management.



  2. In the ISA Management console tree, expand H.323 Gatekeepers, click the gatekeeper on which a call routing rule is to be created, to expand the tree. Expand Call routing, right-click Email address rules, and click Add routing rule.



  3. In the welcome screen of the New Routing Rule Wizard, click the Next button.



  4. On the Name and Description page, specify a name and description for the rule, and click the Next button.



  5. On the Domain Name Suffix page, specify the DNS domain name, and click the Next button.



  6. On the Destination Type page, specify destination type, and click the Next button.



  7. On the Routing Rule Metric page, specify a metric value for the routing rule, and click the Next button.



  8. Click the Finish button.
