Take the following steps to create a call routing rule for IP addresses:
- Run ISA Management from Start Menu > Programs > Microsoft ISA Server > ISA Management.

- In the ISA Management console tree, expand H.323 Gatekeepers, click the gatekeeper on which a call routing rule is to be created, to expand the tree. Expand Call routing, right-click IP address rules, and click Add routing rule.

- In the welcome screen of the New Routing Rule Wizard, click the Next button.

- On the Name and Description page, specify a name and description for the rule, and click the Next button.

- On the IP Address Pattern page, specify the IP address and the net mask, and click the Next button.

- On the Destination Type page, specify destination type, and click the Next button.

- On the Routing Rule Metric page, specify a metric value for the routing rule, and click the Next button.

- Click the Finish button.
