Take the following steps to block an e-mail address:
- Run System Manager from the Start menu.
- In the Exchange System Manager console, click Global Settings.
- In the details pane, right-click Message Delivery, and then click Properties.
- On the Sender Filtering tab page of the Message Delivery dialog box, click the Add button.
- In the Add Sender dialog box, type the address to be blocked, and click the OK button.
