How to assign the Print Permission?

Take the following steps to assign the Print Permission:
- Run Printers and Faxes from Start Menu > Settings > Printers and Faxes.

- In the Printers window, right-click the printer for which you want to give permission, and click Properties.

- In the Printer Properties dialog box, click the Security tab, and then click the add button.

- In the Select Users dialog box, type the name of the users in the Enter the object names to select box, to whom you want to assign permission, and click the OK button.

- In the Printer Properties dialog box, click the OK button.
