Take the following steps to add an Exchange Server mailbox to an existing Outlook profile:
- Run Control Panel from the Start menu > Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel window, click User Accounts.
- In the User Accounts window, click Mail.
- In the Mail Setup - Outlook dialog box, click the E-Mail Accounts button.
- In the E-Mail Accounts dialog box, select the Add a new e-mail account radio button, and then click the Next button.
- On the Server Type page of the E-mail Accounts dialog box, select Microsoft Exchange Server, and then click the Next button.
- On the Exchange Server Settings page, type the name or IP address of the Microsoft Exchange Server, and the user name in the respective text boxes, and then click the Next button.
- On the Congratulations page, click the Finish button.
