How to add a reference to a Type Library?

Take the following steps to add a reference to a Type Library:
- Open an application. Install the COM DLL or EXE file on your computer.
- Click on the Project menu > Add Reference.
- From the Add Reference dialog box, select the COM tab. Select the type library from the available reference list, or browse for the TLB file, and click OK.
