Take the following steps to add a caption to a picture in a photo album:
- On the Insert tab, and click the Photo Album option.
- Click the Edit Photo Album option.
- The Edit Photo Album dialog box appears. Specify the layout in the Picture Layout list. Select any option except Fit to Slide from the list. Check the Captions below ALL pictures checkbox. Click the Update button
- In the Normal view, click the caption placeholder and write the text in it.
