The following are the steps to add a Windows Form in a Windows-based C# application project:

1. Open the existing Windows-based C# application project. Select Project > Add Windows Form menu option, as shown below:
   
   



2. The Add New Item dialog box appears. Select Windows Form template from the Visual Studio installed templates option of the Templates pane. Type a valid name of the Windows form in the Name text box. Click the Add button, as shown below:
   
   



3. The Windows form is displayed in the design view of the MyWinForm1.cs file, as shown below:
