- Run Control Panel from Start > Settings > Control Panel.

- In the Control Panel window, double-click on the User Accounts icon.

- In the User Accounts window, click on the Create a new account option.

- On the Name the new account page, type the name of the account, and click the Next button.

- On the Pick an account type page, specify the account type, and click the Create Account button
