Take the following steps to create a Group Policy Object (GPO):
- Run Active Directory Users and Computers from Start Menu > Programs > Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users and Computers.

- In the Active Directory Users and Computers console tree, right-click the domain in which the GPO is to be created, and click Properties.

- In the <domainname> Properties dialog box, click the Group Policy tab.

- On the Group Policy tab page, click the New button, specify a name for the new GPO, and click the Apply button. Close the dialog box.
